Why shop at Divirta?

You save money on shipping, import fees and time by having your product delivered in days instead of weeks.

We accept the following transaction methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery cards. We also accept schedules and postal orders, however me must ensure payment has cleared in order to process your order.

Ordering

When do you charge me for the order?

As soon as I submit it or as soon as you ship it?
You are charged when you place the order, our orders are shipped the next business day.

Will you let me know that you’ve received my order?

Of course. We’ll send you an e-mail Order Confirmation message that includes the order date, the order number, a list of the items you’ve ordered, shipping details, and total cost.

Will you let me know that you’ve shipped my order?

Yes, an e-mail is sent confirming product, and shipping method.

What if I have a question about my order?
You can check your order history on the divirta.com site. Just click on the my history link at the top of any page, then choose the link. If you’d like to change your order after you’ve submitted it, you can send an e-mail request to orders@divirta.com. You can also send questions or comments about your order to orders@divirta.com

What happens if I don’t receive my order?
We do our best to make sure that everything you’ve ordered arrives safely and on time. If your order takes longer than the estimated shipping time listed under your chosen shipping method (see the 'Shipping Methods' section of our policies page) - and we didn't send you any e-mail notification - please let us know. Send questions or comments about your order to orders@divirta.com , or call us at 1-416-599-8844 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. (24 hour service coming soon) We will immediately look into and take care of the delay. Whatever the reason for the hold-up, we’ll help you get what you need.

Divirta.com believes that your personal information deserves to be protected. You can browse the site without providing any personal information at all. However, if you want to make a purchase, receive our automated site updates or enter a contest, you will need to provide the necessary details.

What does Divirta.com use your personal information for?

The cookie contains a unique identification number that identifies you without storing any personal information. This unique ID number is inaccessible to any web site except Divirta.com. Does Divirta.com disclose personal customer information to third parties?

Divirta.com feels that your personal information should be just that - personal. If, and only if you indicate that Divirta.com can share your order details with the artist(s) whose products you are purchasing would we possibly provide them with that information.

If we decide to do so in the future, Divirta.com would announce such a plan, and visitors could choose to participate or not. In the absence of information to the contrary, we would assume that you do not want your personal information shared. You would have to clearly indicate your wish to do so before any information was forwarded to a third party.

What is your return policy?  
All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s). If your order arrived damaged please return it right away so we can send you a replacement.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of Divirta.com. All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail. In the case of a customer giving an insufficient or incorrect address and the package being returned, the customer will be charged to resend the package to the correct address.
